it's alright to dream

at one point we were cellar dwellers. 2 wins and 4 losses. the press thought this was it. a young team. an inexperienced coach. injuries. heartbreaks. suddenly a resurgence. we clawed the "invincible". scratched the other warriors. aiming the no. 4 spot, we got the no. 3. faced a twice to beat disadvantage. we nailed the wins and got the 2nd finals spot. a heart breaking game 1. we were young. a learning experience. we had to move on. we showed class on game 2. still believing. then on the last day of the season. we were there. hanged tough. never gave up. pure heart. we just wanted to deliver. our dream was not about to be brought down. not just yet. another 5 minutes. missed free throws. mental lapses. more heart. more will. we wanted it more. we fought hard and until the end we did. it's ours. 10 years man. 10 years. we won't let another decade pass. our dreams. yes our dreams. finally it's again a reality.
